fitUP PROGRAMS

There are three ways individuals can work with fitUP. And, we offer fitUP GROUPFIT for companies and nonprofits who want to offer group fitness classes onsite, and for 55+ communities and independent living facilities who want to offer on-site health and fitness activities for residents.

PROGRAMS FOR INDIVIDUALS
FOR INDIVIDUALS
1. fitUP WORKUP

This is a one-time 3 hour session includes a battery of fitness tests, assessments and interviews to determine current fitness levels and your personal goals. The end result is a formal plan to get you from the first step across the finish line.

          Assessments include:

 

          Plan includes:

                     Weekly cardio and strength recommendations and progressions

 

At the end, you have a plan you can following on a daily and weekly basis toward reaching your goals.

COST: $255

2. fitFOCUS

fitFOCUS is our one-on-one personal training model. Here you get our fitUP WORKUP “Lite” – a modified version of our full work up, which includes health history, exercise history, goals, and an 8-week cardio and strength training plan, but skips the additional assessments. (If you want, you can always add in the full fitUP WORKUP instead.) Once your plan is in place, you will meet and work out with your personal trainer for one hour once a week for 8 weeks, and follow your plan for the other 6 days each week.

 

COST: $85 per session

3. fitUP FRIENDGROUPS

It’s more fun to fitUP with friends, and it’s cheaper! You get the benefits of one-on-one personal training while sharing the cost and you get twice the number of workout sessions. Here’s how it works:

  1. You get 1-5 friends together and cost share for two workouts per week!

  2. You all must agree of the format (low impact, HIIT, strength training, combo, etc.)

  3. This format works best if all participants have similar goals

  4. The group exercises together, although different participants may have difference weights, reps and sets to accommodate differing skills and capabilities

  5. The group agrees to meet two times a week for 8 weeks. (16 sessions in total)

 

COST:   $100 per session (divided by 2-5 participants)

PROGRAMS FOR COMPANIES, NONPROFITS, COMMUNITY REC PROGRAMS AND RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES
FOR COMPANIES

fitUP can bring group fitness classes – fitUP GROUPFIT –  to your place of business whether its early morning, noontime or after hours. We offer the following classes, and remember, each class will be fully customized to accommodate people at all fitness levels.

 

For retirement communities and others with an older population, our classes can be adapted for participants will limited mobility and balance issues.

 

  • Low impact aerobics

  • High Intensity Interval Training

  • Combo aerobics and strength training

  • Strength training and Core

  • Balance and Flexibility
